Hello, I'm Julie-Anne Borrelli, a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts. I have diverse experience working in a variety of settings, including in-home therapy, mental health consultation, residential treatment, school counseling, and private practice. My expertise is in working with families, children, and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, changes in family structure, life transitions, and complex trauma. I use psychoanalytic and trauma-informed perspectives to understand clients’ experiences, along with a relational approach to build trust and connection. I integrate psychodynamic, CBT, and DBT techniques to tailor treatment to each client’s needs and goals. I value the importance of providing an empathic and compassionate space for self-exploration, personal growth, and overall wellness.
