Hello, I'm Julie-Anne Borrelli, a licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts. I have diverse experience working in a variety of settings including In-Home Therapy, Mental Health Consultation, Residential Treatment, School Counseling Services, and Private Practice. My expertise is in working with families, children, and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, family restructuring/transitional needs and complex trauma. I follow a psychoanalytic orientation to best understand clients' presentation while also utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques (psycho-dynamic, CBT, DBT and mindfulness) to tailor treatment towards individual needs and goals. I value the importance of providing an empathic and compassionate space for self-exploration, personal growth, and overall wellness.
